Insights from our employee communications survey

Thank you to the 183 staff who took part in the recent communications survey. Your feedback has provided invaluable insights into how we connect across the District.

Based on the feedback received, we are pleased to see several of our communications channels are working well, including the CE Update, All Staff Forum and Northern Exposure.

The survey has revealed our most important staff information sources: informal team discussions, emails from direct managers or team leaders, team meetings and huddles, the intranet, and emails from senior managers.

However, there is a gap between the importance of some of these sources and staff satisfaction, highlighting improvement opportunities. Work is already underway.
