Northern NSW Local Health is holding a program of workshops for women who are experiencing perimenopause or menopause.

These workshops are FREE events that aim to provide more information about making positive choices in regard to menopause.

Morning tea will be provided.

Join other midlife women in a small confidential group to:

  • hear the latest medical information
  • learn strategies from expert health professionals
  • discuss how to successfully manage this important transition

Each workshop will provide information on different topics, and you are encouraged to attend all four workshops in the series.
