Our Strategic Plan 2025-30 is now live. This plan reflects the voices of our people and partners, and sets a clear path to delivering excellent care now, for a healthier community tomorrow.

The 48 high priority actions will be monitored by ELT and reported to the Board every four months. They include initiatives such as reducing overdue surgeries, expanding virtual care, and improving workforce wellbeing.

Each action has an ELT lead and forms part of performance agreements across the LHD, ensuring accountability and alignment.
